Payments: For all contracted services, an advance payment must be given to hold the reservation on a confirmed basis. The remaining balance may be paid before departure from your state upon arrival in India, but it must be done before the services begin.Based on the type of service being provided and the length of time left before the service begins, management employees have the authority to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment.In addition to the aforementioned, full payment may be required in advance for some circumstances, such as special train journeys and reservations at hotels or resorts made during high season (Christmas and New Year).
Cancellation Policy: We must be notified in writing if a tour or travel service must be canceled for any reason, whether avoidable or unavoidable. The following cancellation fees would apply, and they would take effect as of the day we receive written notification of your cancellation:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
Note: Written cancellations are accepted on all business days, excluding Sundays, albeit they will only be taken into account the next business day (Monday).
In 10-15 business days, the refund will be completed using the same online method.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Please be aware that following the finalization of the Tour/service Cost, any increases in taxes, fuel costs, guide fees, or entrance fees to monuments or museums will be added on as an extra charge.
All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by Travel Ghar are subject to the terms and conditions under which these services are supplied by the hotels, airlines, carriers, railways, and contractors for which we serve merely in the capacity of agent.

Our prices are determined by the current rates that we have negotiated with the hotels, airlines, etc. The pricing are subject to change by hotels and airlines without prior notice. If there are such changes, we have the right to adjust the pricing according to any adjustments made by the hotels or airlines. Unless otherwise specified in the schedule, all hotel reservations are based on the hotels' standard check-in and check-out times.
We will not be held liable for any delays, changes to the schedule, or costs incurred (directly or indirectly) as a result of weather- related delays, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns of machinery or equipment, transport system failures, or other unfavorable circumstances.
We will not be held liable for any loss, harm, or damage to persons or property resulting directly or indirectly from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services.
There is no insurance policy covering our costs in the event of an accident, illness, theft-related loss, or for any other cause. It is advisable for travelers to look for these insurance plans in their own country. The danger of any baggage or personal property is always that of the client.
Please take note that we will not be held liable for any expenses brought on by unforeseeable events like landslides, roadblocks, inclement weather, etc.
